ICDL Windows Exam : ICDL-Windows Exam

It really doesn't make sense to why people still flunk ICDL-Windows when there are websites like exam4sure out there. I don't know why more people don't know about it because when I asked a couple of colleagues of mine on how to do the most efficient prep they referred me to some books. Well maybe there are some people out there who don't know how to use the internet because other than that there is no reason why someone can't buy a test prep guide from examforsure and pass the test easily.
